1. Commitment to Health and Fitness

By purchasing sessions or memberships, clients agree to prioritize their health and fitness. Membership cancellations must comply with the conditions outlined in Section 9, and refund eligibility is specified in Section 15. While instructors provide guidance on technique and adherence, clients are responsible for their own consistency, nutrition, sleep, and overall well-being.

2. Session Details

Session time, type, and location will be agreed upon by both instructor and client. All rates will be communicated in advance.

3. Session Duration

Classes typically run 45 to 60 minutes. Length may be adjusted based on class needs.

4. Punctuality and Preparedness

Please arrive at least 5 minutes early. First-timers must arrive 10–15 minutes early. No late entries are permitted once class begins. Late arrivals may result in a shortened or forfeited session. Let us know in advance if you anticipate being late.

5. Apparel Guidelines

Grip socks are required for every Lagree class and can be purchased in the app if needed. Please wear clean, appropriate workout attire.

6. Exercising Responsibly

Stop any movement that causes discomfort or pain and inform your instructor immediately. Communication is essential for safety and modifications.

7. Payment Procedures

All sessions must be paid for in advance (monthly or lump sum). Monthly payments are due on the same date as your initial signup. Unpaid accounts may result in suspended membership access.

8. Booking and Waitlist Policies

  • Booking: Members may reserve classes up to 10 days in advance via the IGF app.

  • Waitlist: If a class is full, you can join the waitlist. If a spot opens, you'll be automatically added and notified. Remove yourself if you can’t attend to avoid no-show fees. The waitlist closes 2 hours before class.

  • Standby: After the 2-hour mark, unclaimed spots will be opened to standby clients on-site.

9. Cancellation and No-Show Policies

  • Cancellations: Cancel at least 8 hours in advance to avoid a $20 fee.

  • Weekend Classes: Cancellations made within 2 hours of class start time will incur an additional $20 fee. No waived fees on weekends.

  • No-Shows: If you don’t show up, you’ll lose your class credit and be charged a $30 no-show fee. No exceptions.

10. Membership Terms

Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable. Classes must be used within the designated term; unused sessions will not roll over.

11. Termination by IT GRL FIT

We reserve the right to cancel memberships for policy violations or inappropriate behavior.

12. Rules and Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

  • Follow all safety guidelines.

  • Use Lagree equipment respectfully.

  • Treat instructors and peers with courtesy.

  • Stay informed as studio policies evolve.

13. Death or Disability

If a client becomes disabled or passes away, charges will be prorated up to that date.

14. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

15. Client Right to Cancel & Request Refunds

All requests must be made in writing to chelsea@itgrlfit.com.

  • Cancel within 3 business days of signing for a full refund.

  • Credit refunds may be requested within 3 business days of purchase.

  • Refunds will be processed within 30 days of your written request.
